Refunds & Cancellation 

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at care@healthsetgo.com or +91-9997773701 within 24 hours of product delivery. We will arrange an exchange for the product after a thorough investigation. We only accept sealed and unopened boxes as returns. This policy is only applicable for products purchased directly at www.Healthsetgo.com. If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer to their return policy.

We may choose to either replace the product or reimburse (which may include setting up a healthsetgo account for a store credit refund)the customer. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund.
